Yes!

Buyer’s agents simply create individual deal profiles for their active buyers using a set of predefined criteria. When there is a match with another agent’s off market property, both are notified and you can see potential matches in your Dashboards.

Similarly, you would create individual deal profiles for any of your off market properties. When a buyer matches with your property, you receive a notification the same as a buyer agent. One of the great things about our platform though, is that the agent controls the information. Not ready to give out an address or photos? No problem, you can name your deals whatever you want making the property ambiguous until the appropriate time.

Yes, our in-app chat feature allows seamless communication with clients and other agents.

The monthly subscription is $39.99, which includes access to all features and exclusive properties and buyers.

Off-market listings are properties not publicly listed on traditional real estate platforms, offering exclusive opportunities.

The app uses push notifications to alert users when a match has been made. However if you happen to miss the notification, your likes and dislikes are always available for review in your dashboard.

We integrated this metric as a tool for agents to keep a pulse on the market for each of their properties. If a seller asks how many agents have put eyes on their property, it's easy to reference the likes and dislikes which can lend valuable insight.

There are several factors really.
  1. Unlike other sites, there’s nothing to search. Instead of providing our users one more place to spend time looking around, our app does the searching for you and alerts the user whenever it discovers a match worth looking into.
  2. There are no pictures or addresses being disseminated. Once a match has been made its up to the users to share information in the way they feel appropriate.
  3. While exclusive to our paid users, our network is not exclusive in that you need to pass an approval process to start using the platform. If you have an active real estate license, and presumably clients you’re working for, then you can start using the platform today!
  4. We operate on a monthly subscription, there are no long term contracts to sign. But we’re confident that once you start using the platform, you’ll have no reason to stop.

No. Our intention for this platform is to generate interest and network about properties that you have in your pipeline that are not ready for listing Our users typically submit their hip pockets and coming-soon. In many cases, these are properties that agents and owners never have any intention of listing officially on MLS.

Several reasons. The first is that we’re not attempting to gatekeep off market transactions. Inversely we’re attempting to democratize the process. There have been criticisms in the past that off-market networking groups could be construed as discriminatory towards other agents and their clients. By using an algorithm that effectively blindly matches buyers and sellers solely based on criteria, our aim is to eliminate that criticism from our platform altogether. Additionally, through market research it became evident to us that top producing agents already had their own roster of agents and clients to call when they had an off market property or buyer need. But by only reaching out to those known entities, they were potentially missing out on a wide swath of agents that they wouldn’t even know to contact.
